Informal monthly meeting is the very soul of ‘Aapanach’. It takes place on the third Saturday evening of every month. Even the non-members can attend this
Meeting. Informal meetings include open discussions on educational problems, occasional/relevant issues.

• Anybody can share her/his thoughts with prior intimation in this meeting.
• These meetings have been instrumental in bringing forth the topics for programmes, exhibitions, research and studies  at ‘Aapanach’.
• Minutes of these meetings are recorded regularly.
• There are 8 to 10 informal meetings every year.
