‘Educational Exhibitions’ is a creative expression of action-plans of ‘Aapanach’.

These exhibitions are successful in spreading awareness about the chosen subject. For Aapanach, such exhibitions are like celebration of exhibition. The journey of creating the exhibition is a process as joyful as the destination. Many people participate in the process.

  • Conceptualisation takes place through Informal meetings/Lectures/ Current situation
  • Preparing the Action Plan
  • Work planning
  • Formation of committees and defining the scope of their work Finalising exhibits, charts, and script writing (Schools, Colleges, Teachers, Training Institutes etc. are invited to contribute in this crucial task, exhibits are distributed among them).
  • The organising committee meticulously looks after  the venue, arrangement of things, technical permissions, collecting funds, communication with authorities, publicity etc.
  • The artists blend creativity with technology to present the exhibits attractively
  • Organising the exhibitions outside Pune as per the requirement
